tokenwatch is an independent project that tracks the price of large language model APIs over time. Most comparison sites show only today's pricing; we keep a daily record so you can answer questions like "has this model gotten cheaper since launch?" and "which provider keeps cutting prices?".

Why this exists

Teams building on LLM APIs make budget decisions based on per-token cost, but that cost moves — sometimes a lot — and nobody keeps the receipts. tokenwatch keeps them.
